Assistant Manager/Senior Financial Analyst (Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Manage the reporting functions to ensure timeliness in meeting report dateline and quick turnaround with accuracy for reporting requests
• Perform and ensure accuracy of forecast/outlook to actual results; track and analyze key performance matrices
• Manage & provide guidance and leadership in managing a team.
• Actively drive for process improvement projects.
• Key driver for SOX to ensure proper controls and best practices.
  
  

Requirements:

1. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management related field with working experience

2. Min 5 years working experience

3. Willing to work at Batam

4. Experience in managing teams is a must, able to drive and lead a team.

5. Good communication in English (written and oral), interpersonal and presentation skills with strong sense of urgency

6. Proficient in microsoft excel, words & power point is essential to drive projects on productivity and process improvements.

7. Candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, attention to details.

8. Must be a self-starter, with drive for results.
